Emergency Services Program- for rent assistance during this covid-19 crisis please call 253-661-0505 for information and instructions
This program provides partial emergency rent assistance, limited gasoline vouchers, bus tickets and emergency food bags. Also, the program offers information and referrals to other community resources.
Eligibility: Residents of the Federal Way School District and NE Tacoma. Client/household may only be assisted once in a 24-month period. The number of new households who can be helped at each session may be limited. Assistance is available on a walk-in basis only. Funding is provided through government grants, fundraisers, local churches, service organizations and private donations. |
The Emergency Services Program is located at the Church of the Good Shepherd at 345 S. 312th in Federal Way in space that is provided to us by the Church. Please to not contact the Church of the Good Shepherd for assistance.
Days and hours are Tuesdays and Fridays, 10:00-11:00 am. Early arrival (15-30 minutes) is recommended - assistance is on a first come, first serve basis. Snacks are provided for those waiting to meet with an interviewer. |

SOS (Supper Outreach Services) Program
Provided in conjunction with our weekly meals. FWCCN volunteers solicit, collect and distribute donated items such as coats, hats, gloves, blankets, tarps and personal hygiene supplies to the homeless and needy who attend the Community Suppers or require Emergency Services.
