About the Federal Way Community Caregiving Network
The mission of the Federal Way Community Caregiving Network (FWCCN) is to give hope by providing people’s basic needs.
For over 25 years, the Federal Way Community Caregiving Network (FWCCN) has been providing services to people who live within the boundaries of the Federal Way School District and Northeast Tacoma who are struggling to meet basic needs. Services include rent assistance, limited motel stays, gasoline vouchers, bus tickets, community meals in collaboration with local churches, and other basic needs for daily survival such as hygiene products, socks, blankets, tarps, and jackets.
We are a tax-exempt, non-profit organization that is fully volunteer-operated, drawing from local congregations, businesses, government agencies and individuals to staff our services.
Since 1988, we have developed extensive experience working with people challenged with emergency survival needs. Our core values include a deep commitment to treating all of our guests with dignity and respect.
We hope our website gives you a sense of our mission, our vision, and our organization. Please read on for more information about the Federal Way Community Caregiving Network.
